Centennial is now in its prime years, offering uniform canopy growth and balanced vigor for consistent quality fruit. Row direction is positioned as northeast and southwest giving Centennial ideal sun exposure and protection.

Plantings are anchored by Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, with additional blocks of Albariño, Chenin Blanc, Pinot Noir, Grenache, and Merlot. All vines are planted on drought-tolerant 1103P rootstock and selected for long-term vine health, water efficiency, and sustainable production.
